網友翻出曾毅2014年在節目《開講啦》當中自曝腳踹女員工，他當時稱某次與搭檔玲花起爭執，情緒失控下遷怒女員工，踹了對方一腳，「平生第一次打女人，我踹了她一腳，踹完她我立馬就走了」，他事後趕到愧疚，決定在節目中公開此事，向對方致歉。如今隨著手表風波，昔負面行為再被翻出，網友批「為什麼不當下馬上道歉」、「踹人本來就很過分吧，不是你隨便道個歉酒能踹人了」，更稱他吵架吵不過搭檔腳踹工作人員！直嘆「基層打工人又惹誰了」。
